Yep, that beauty pictured above started off as a gas powered 1967 Mustang. Now, it is more modern than most cars on the road. This car came to life from a Russian EV startup, Aviar Motors, and they are taking a 100kWh Tesla battery and running gear and placing it in an aluminum and carbon fiber frame/chassis based on the 67 Mustang fastback.
This means that you will get 315 miles of range, 840 hp, 155 mph top speed, and a 0 to 60 mph time of just 2.2 seconds. They even used the Tesla screen and door handles. Pretty impressive work but it won’t come cheap. More pictures after the break.
